GUS
Networks bridges the gap between East and West trading partners.
Los Angeles, California (Nov 1, 2000)- GUS Networks, Inc. a
global provider of connectivity, managed networks and E-commerce
products and services announced today the formation of their Trading
Portal Development Team.
Targeting
regional and national culture centers throughout the Asian continents,
the GUS' Development Team will assist national and regional governments
and ministries in the packaging and marketing of their industrial,
cultural and commercial offerings to the North American marketplace.
In addition, the Development Team will also assist North American
companies in the presentation of their product offerings to targeted
regions throughout the Asian market by offering translation services
and "local" marketing savvy.
These
hubs will be populated by individual Web pages of businesses and
organizations from that country or region wishing to deliver their
message to the buying market of North America. By assisting in the
packaging of a specific region's products for North American or
Asian consumption, GUS Networks functions not only as a "portal
class" Website developer - but also as a sales and marketing consultancy
for their client firms.
By
the same token, both Asian and North American site visitors are
presented with a simple, "buyer friendly" interface to the menu
of products offered by the Portal host - the country or region that
represents the population of suppliers being presented, whether
they are Asian or North American.
By
properly organizing these Portals, the site also performs an ambassadorial
function in that visitors to the site become more aware of that
region's contributions to the world economy and the cultural wealth
that it has. This brings a wider understanding of people and their
cultures to that vast, ever-increasing multicultural cyber population
that communicates with each other on a daily basis.
