GUS Networks, Inc.'s Executives Visits China To Meet With Shantou's Offical.

Baldwin Park, California (February 14, 2000) Top executives of GUS Networks, Inc. -- Jerry Wang, CEO; Vincent Tseng, Director; and Erik Wendt, Legal Consultant -- meet with Lixiang Zhuan, the highest ranking official of Shantou, to discuss a GUS contribution to developing the market potential of the Shantou Special Economic Zone.

Shantou is the most economically developed zone in China. During the meeting, Lixiang Zhuan discusses the establishment of an undersea fiber optic cable linking America, Europe-Asia, and Shantou. It is hoped that this will improve Shantou's economic development and increase future investment opportunities. The city welcomes investments from any foreign Internet company. GUS will contribute its efforts to improve the Shantou's Internet environment while continuing to establish a strong presence in China.
