The objective of this project is to create a 24/7 remote management program to smoothly and efficiently manage the systems and network of individual businesses.

The purpose of this program is to maximize the daily operational activities by ensuring a consistent operational flow of business, thus, providing more time for Systems Administration personnel to conduct other necessary daily functions.

By installing an application on GUS' server our technical support team has the ability to monitor the firewall, routers, servers and network through a series of ping commands.

Additionally, a remote control program, (such as PC Anywhere), will be installed on the client' computers in order to effectively establish and maintain communication between the client and GUS.

GUS' remote management program will provide 24/7 monitoring of the firewall, network, connections, servers, and routers, immediately notifying the customer of any changes, violations or downtime that occurs via email or a customer provided telephone number.

Additionally, Telephone Support will be provided to troubleshoot the Servers, Firewall, Routers, PC's and Printers.

Depending on the location and the scope of the project, GUS can design a program to conduct monthly visits to your business to provide on-site service and inspections.

Once this project has been implemented, a quarterly Security-testing Program can be implemented whereas the Servers will be tested for password policies and user rights, as well as conducting a review of the Firewall policy.
